Patricia Erin with China Mugs – Sun. May 25, 2014

Erin’s Aunt Patricia arrived from Denver last night. She will play bridge with Clark and with me
in the Sacramento Regional which takes takes place this week.

Colleen, Brandon, Lisa, and Beck came over for brunch this morning and we used Erin’s china
which had been packed up in the garage in Davis for almost 5 years. Patricia and Erin are
holding the china mugs.

Erin has been sleeping a lot lately, so having Patricia around is a good diversion.

My best to Patricia. Hope the bridge goes well. I am glad the china came out of the boxes.
We’re having a quiet Memorial Day weekend. We’ve had a May that is a little warmer than usual. March was the wettest in history. The combination made for beautiful flowers and healthy weeds. I try to do a little weeding each day so I am not overwhelmed.
My brother Dan is in the middle of a trip to Alaska. He is driving a Winnebago rec. vehicle from the factory to Tok, Alaska. That’s a lot of miles. Mary’s daughter Maggie and her husband and two little boys are also in a Winnebago. You have to sign up a year ahead to be part of the delivery of the vehicles to Alaska. It’s quite an adventure. They keep us updated via the internet. They will be flying back from Alaska via Seattle so we will have a short visit June 8. June 9 we go back to Pennsylvania for Mimi’s 8th grade graduation.
Hope the visit goes well. It’s so nice when Patricia can visit Erin.
