More Physical Therapy

Erin had a physical therapy appt yesterday. (The speeh therapist was on vacation. Normally she would have had an appt with both.)  Cindy was not able to bring Erin here, so mother-in-law Judy drove Erin to the appt at Kaiser Point West here in Sacramento.  Patricia (Erin’s aunt) and I met them at Kaiser and Judy, Patricia, and I chatted for the 45 minutes that Erin was having Physical Therapy.

We were all so busy talking, that I forgot to ask Erin what she did during the session. The therapist said to set up appts with both her and the Speech Therapist every week or 10 days, but Erin decided to set them up for every 2 weeks.

Afterwards, Colleen joined the four of us for lunch at Jackson catering on Fulton Avenue.   Erin and 2 others of us enjoyed salmon with gnocchi. Delicious. It’s a small place which seems to be open for lunch and dinner so that people can sample their meals for catering. We were the only customers there for most of the time. 2 other pairs came in before we left.

Forgot to get a photo of Erin with Patricia before Patricia left this morning for her return home to Denver.

The food was delicious and the company as pleasant as always. It was a nice impromptu visit!
Erin directed me for every change of lane and turns so I didn’t get lost once in Sacramento. She was a great pilot!

She knows her way, but can’t remember the names of the streets to give directions ahead of time.

I am glad to read that Erin has started her therapy class. How nice that Patricia was able to be with both of you.
