Erin had an appt with Dr. Adams this afternoon.  She was pleased to have lost another 2 1/2 lbs in 4 weeks, but she wished it were more. Dr. Adams thought that Erin was animated and talking about lots of different things.

She said to be sure and write that Clark fixed her a hot pastrami sandwich tonight at 10:30!
