Shannon picked up Erin in the morning and they went to Target, then met Cindy for lunch near her work in Gold River. They went to the nearby Chevy’s which Cindy could walk to. There’s been a menu change, so they were a little disappointed.
In the midafternoon my good friend Adele came over to see Erin bringing her Baskin-Robbins ice cream. I woke Erin up, but she put on the charm. We both feel so uplifted being around Adele. As she left, Adele commented to me what a strong spirit Erin has.

i want to acknowledge you, barbara, for your way of letting us know how erin is doing and all the goings on in the family. it is like an ongoing testament to how so much love can go a long way and if there was ever someone supported, it is you, erin, and you make everyone feel so good around you you are so perceptive, you give so much thoughtfulness to each of us in your own special way. whenever i think of you there is a smile on my face. lucy

I”m so glad to read that Erin is out and about, eating and shopping! The past entry or two sounded as if Erin was sleeping long hours and not eating. Yea for the strong spirit. Love, Patricia
